Leadership Experience Across European Markets

Prior to establishing BRIX, members of our leadership team operated a European construction and development entity for more than five years, delivering renovation and capital improvement programs across residential portfolios in Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

During this time, our team worked with pension funds and private landlords managing multi-asset residential portfolios, supporting reinvestment and modernization initiatives across a range of regulatory and operating environments.

Much of this work involved coordinating complex renovation and capital improvement programs within occupied residential buildings, requiring careful phasing, regulatory coordination, and disciplined oversight to ensure projects progressed without disrupting daily building operations.

While this experience was developed internationally, BRIX is a Canada-focused construction management firm, applying the operational discipline and portfolio-level perspective gained abroad to support ownership groups and residential assets across Canada.
